His hygienist Julie does an outstanding job, she is gentle and personable while working on the patient's teeth.  Dr. Tkatch is a dentist who holds himself to a higher standard, he will work on a patient's teeth until it meets his approval.     I am afraid of Dentists and was very nervous to go today, but as soon as I entered the door, I was greeted by Glenna and Penny who welcomed me to their office and asked if I needed water. My hygienist, Stephanie, took the time to make me feel relaxed and explained everything in detail. She was patient and very understanding of my anxiety. Still not in love with going to the dentist, but I do know that if I have to go to one, then this is where I need to be. In today’s world it’s not often that you find multiple people in the same office that are friendly, kind, understanding and compassionate.
